- Our consortium is investigating options for moving to a shared Integrated Library System. I'm working with a team to explore ideas and put together recommendations for steps required to move to a shared system.

- Volunteer Copyeditor, Library Student Journal
- Copyedit articles for Library Student Journal, including "Going Online: Academic Libraries and the Move from Print to Electronic Journals," "Human Resources Management in the Development of Information Commons in Academic Libraries," and "Identifying Digital Gaming Literature Relevant to the Library and Information Science Community."
- Chair, Progressive Librarians Guild, Simmons Chapter
- Worked with PLG officers to plan events including a Digital Divide discussion panel, a Banned Books discussion panel, book drives for the Prison Books Project and a local women's shelter, a discussion with the owners and publishers of South End Press, and a screening of the film "Freedom of Expression," with a discussion by the author.

- Maintain and update the website for the Simmons Chapter of the American Society for Information Science and Technology.
- Member, Student Curriculum Advisory Committee
- Member of a committee convened to work with the Dean of Curriculum to study Simmons GSLIS core courses and make recommendations for accreditation and further curriculum development.

- Attended the annual business meeting of the ASIS&T Bulletin; wrote a column for the Bulletin's December/January issue; offer insight into being a student member of ASIS&T to Bulletin members.
